Sketch of the Week: Plants
This turned out to be "sketch plants that are not palm trees in Los Angeles" week, as seen in drawings I did. Palm trees are everywhere in this town, so I think I unconsciously sought out other trees and plants to draw for a change of pace:

This car with plants is a "Car Garden" art installation at Santa Monica Museum of Art, and I noticed that there are different plants from when I sketched it a year ago.

I'll have to start learning about some of the trees in my own neck of the woods :)
