I did some food sketches for my friend Joanie at
Girl Meets Soup blog. I had a great time eating and sketching! For more eloquent description of the meal, you can read her post

The sketches were drawn and colored on the spot. I've used my usual tools: waterbrush + Cotman watercolor kit (that I refilled with watercolor paints from a tube) + Uniball Signo sepia pen. Thanks to Joanie for the photo!

ReplyDeleteI normally use a small sketchbook anyway, and drawing small helps with not attracting too much attention in a cafe/restaurant....
