Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles: Art in the Park

I helped organize Art in the Park event for Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles (SILA) on a beautiful autumn morning. It was special to have a costumed model posing for us under a canopy of trees, and I had a good time mingling with other artists. Here are two of the sketchbook pages - it's kind of fun to compare a quick sketch next to a more in-depth study.
