Sketch of the Week: High Tide and Sunset

Another beach sketch - this time the high tide was happening about the same time as sundown, so I tried to capture both. It was an overcast day - June gloom is here early this year. And I had a hard time scanning this sketch, so it is appropriately a little blurry....

I'll be tinkering with my blog in upcoming weeks - I would like to make it easier to share my images in an organized way. I'm thinking of doing monthly posts instead of weekly, and/or share more photos of the sketches snapped on location for quicker updates. In the meantime, I'll be posting some sketches on Instagram (@shihonakaza).
