Here is a fun twist on my food truck sketch series: a 1941 Ford fire truck equipped with pizza oven in the middle! I saw this New York Rock and Roll Pizza truck at Bloomfest festival in Los Angeles downtown arts district. The tent was set up around the truck and cooks worked outside, so this is more of a catering setup rather than a regular food truck with mobile kitchen inside the vehicle. Their pizza had a delicious crust, complete with ashes from the oven.
